Polished stone sealer

Stone Sealer is our breathable impregnating sealer is specifically designed for natural stone and grout. It’s perfect for sealing polished stone before grouting or to aid in the maintenance of textured porcelain surfaces. This versatile sealer can be applied to both interior and exterior porcelain floors. You can apply the sealer within hours of installing new floors, and it also works effectively as a pre-grout sealer. With 100% water vapour transmission, it’s an ideal choice for all types of porcelain tiles. Our stone sealer provides a water and oil-resistant barrier while preserving the natural appearance of the tile.

Directions for use

• Please read the Technical Data Sheet for full instructions.

• Test in an inconspicuous area before full application.

• Ensure all dirt and contaminants are removed prior to sealing.

• Surfaces must be completely dry. Do not apply externally if rain is expected within 24 hours.

• Use an applicator kit to apply one coat to saturation. Allow the product to penetrate the surface.

• Wipe off any excess product with microfiber cloths; do not allow it to dry on the surface.

• Do not delay between first and second coats; the first application will have already cured.

• Always remove excess product within 20 minutes.

• The product dries within 2 to 3 hours but takes 24 hours to fully cure.

• Apply only when temperatures are between 10°C and 25°C.

• Safe for children, pets, and wildlife once dry.

• Contact us for advice before sealing a previously sealed surface.

• Do not apply to glazed or non-porous surfaces.

• Suitable for use as a pre-sealer.

This stone sealer offers long-lasting protection against water and oil stains, simplifying routine maintenance. It also inhibits common external issues such as efflorescence, algae, moss, and organic growth. On internal floors, it protects against liquid stains and keeps surfaces easy to clean. Its breathable nature prevents moisture-related problems like clouding, ensuring lasting performance.

Easy Application with Long-Lasting Results

Apply using our applicator kit or a paint pad. Saturate the surface and wipe off excess with microfiber cloths. Reapply after 30 minutes to an hour for maximum protection. Unlike topical sealers, it won’t blister or flake and doesn’t require stripping. While reapplication may be needed every few years, the sealer bonds within the tile’s pores for enduring results.
