Natural Stone Water-Based Sealer

Our breathable impregnating sealer is designed for natural stone surfaces. It’s perfect for sealing Marble, limestone, travertine, sandstone, slate, terrazzo, clay-based tiles, porous granite, and other porous materials.

This versatile sealer can be used on both interior and exterior natural stone floors. It’s especially effective for maintaining a natural finish on stone patios and ideal for older floors without a damp-proof membrane.

You can apply this sealer within 24 hours of installing new floors, and it can also serve as a pre-grout sealer. With 100% water vapor transmission, it's an excellent choice for listed buildings or floors without a damp-proof membrane, including those with rubble-filled walls.

Our natural stone sealer provides a water and oil-resistant surface while preserving the stone’s natural appearance. It’s the top choice for projects where breathability and a natural look are essential.

Directions of use

• Please read the Technical Data Sheet for full instructions.
• Carry out a test in an inconspicuous area.
• If you find this product is not suitable for use on your project, do not continue to use.
• All traces of dirt or contaminates must be removed before sealing.
• All surfaces must be completely dry, do not apply externally if rain is likely within 24 hours.
• Apply with applicator kit.
• Apply one coat to saturation. It is important to fully saturate the surface & allow the product to sink in.
• Remove all visible excess with microfibre cloths, you must not allow any product to dry on the surface.
• You should apply a 2nd light coat around 30 minutes after the first (wet on wet) remove all excess as before.
• Do not apply the first & second applications on separate days, the first application will have already cured.
• Always remove the excess product within 20 minutes.
• The product dries in approximately 2 to 3 hours but does not fully cure for 24 hours.
• This product should only be applied when air temperatures are above 10ºC and below 25ºC.
• Safe for children, pets, and wildlife when dry.
• If you wish to seal a previously sealed surface, contact us for advice first.
• Do not apply to glazed or non-porous surfaces.
• Also suitable to use as a pre-sealer.

Its breathable nature ensures moisture is able to escape, preventing issues like clouding that can occur with non-breathable sealers.Easy Application with Long-Lasting ResultsApply with our applicator kit or a paint pad, building the product to saturation and wiping off excess with microfibre cloths. Reapply after 30 minutes to an hour for full protection. Because it allows water vapour transmission, there’s no risk of moisture trapping or blistering, and unlike topical sealers, it won’t require stripping or flaking. Reapplication may be needed every few years, but since the sealer bonds into the stone's pores, it won’t wear away.Versatile Use for All Natural Stone SurfacesDesigned for any porous natural stone or other surfaces like clay-based tiles or concrete, this sealer is perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
